Have been here numerous times as the food is generally quite good. Most recently ordered a couple of dumpling dishes including the pork xiao long bao and pork and shrimp boiled dumplings, both of which were delicious. We were less enamored with the beef pancake roll---the pancake itself was nice and crispy on the outside but the beef was a little bland and on the dry side (we've tried this a couple of times now and it's been the same texture/cook each time so perhaps that's the restaurant's preference). The establishment appears clean and well maintained but the wooden seats in the booths aren't very comfortable at all. The good food outweighs the less than comfy seating so we continue to come here.

I like this place for it's good food, accessibility and great service. The dishes were all tasty although on the smaller size. This restaurant is a bit small for a sit down place and lines are common. Sort of a fast food feel but with unique menu items. Reasonably priced, the two of us order 5 plates and we were totally satisfied.

We wanted a quick lunch and Dough Zone fit the build. They do have soup dumplings and a good variety of Dim Sum. Sevice was good . They took order with a check off list and brought items as soon as as they were ready

Looks: Clean, welcoming, cozy. Service: Generous, approachable, friendly. Food: Delicious, comes hot. I have been to Dough Zone several times and it is worth it! If you are interested in dumplings, I recommend it!

Had a business lunch here last month. I like this chain, and this was my first time at this location. Great dumplings. Love the green beans. 4 stars because my colleague wanted to order a tea, and the waitress told her they were BOGO. My colleague said she only wanted one, and they still brought her two so she took the extra one home. Also the parking in this place is packed with dead ends and do not park here signs from neighboring businesses.

A decent spot for a quick bite. I came in at 4pm on a grey Monday and the place was empty and it was easy to get seated and served quickly. I ordered the pork xiao long bao ($9.25), the pan fried pork buns ($9.25), the sweet and sour cucumber ($7.15), and the dan dan noodles ($7.75) Xiao long bao: These are pretty standard if not a little worse than average xlb. I felt that the soup inside was slightly bland and I wish there was a bit more flavor. Pan fried pork buns: Probably the best thing I had here. I liked how crispy the bottom was and the filling was delicious. A must grab here. Dan dan noodles: Very heavy on the szechuan peppercorn so if you love that numbing tongue feeling then this is the dish for you -- I personally felt it was a little heavy on the spice and so I didn't enjoy it as much. Sweet and sour cucumber: Very standard and very tasty! Overall, the food is pretty good especially if you're looking for somewhere to go on your lunch break and for a pretty okay price. I would probably only get the pan fried pork bun and the cucumber again from the dishes I ordered and I'd love to come back and try some of their other stuff.

I still remember going to the tiny Dough Zone in crossroads mall, now dough zone is an international phenomena which many would argue rivals Din Tai Fung in terms of food taste and is more more value in terms of cost. The Redmond downtown location is in a prime area near town center and has reasonable parking. We ordered a bunch of dumplings, potstickers, Pancakes and Dan Dan noodles. Everything tasted fresh and great. The only negative was that their teas are too sweet and they don't tell you upfront. I would not order them again. Service was fast and overall we were left content. Four people eating like pigs only cost us around $134 including tips. We will be back again!

I am a huge fan of dough zone.! I do not live in the Seattle area, but every time I travel here for work I try and seek it out. I have been to 3 of their locations and I can say the quality of the food is consistently outstanding. There is no variance to the taste of their dishes that I have found. The service has always been very good as well and the prices are very fair.

We stopped by a Dough Zone in Portland, OR and weren't too big a fan of it, but decided to give this location a chance. I'd say overall, I really enjoyed our meal and this location. The honey and I ordered steamed dumplings in hot and sour sauce and chicken and pork soup dumplings. Everything was quite good, and the scalding temperature the honey prefers for his dumplings. The service was quick and helpful, and although we would have preferred to order by QR code, filling out the sheet of paper wasn't too bad. We used the facilities (2 restrooms) and then set off for the rest of our day. All in all, Dough Zone definitely redeemed itself for us.
